Streszczenie
Konieczna koncentracja w przemyśle mleczarskim może być realizowana poprzez fuzje. W artykule przeprowadzono analizę zmian w strukturze majątku oraz rachunku zysków i strat. Przeanalizowano kształtowanie się wskaźników w kolejnych latach po połączeniu w celu zbadania wpływu fuzji na efektywność finansową spółdzielni. Przeprowadzona analiza wykazała, że spółdzielnia po połączeniu w łatwiejszy sposób może reagować na zmiany zachodzące na rynku.

The necessary concentration in the dairy industry can be achieved through mergers. The paper analyzes changes in the structure of assets and profit and loss account of researched cooperative OSM Opole Lubelskie. There was analyzed the development of the indicators in the years after the merger in order to examine the impact of mergers on the financial performance of cooperative. The analysis showed that the cooperative after the merger in an easier way may react to changes in the market.
