Streszczenie
Raporty z wycen przedsiębiorstw pełnią ważną rolę w zapewnieniu bezpieczeństwa obrotu gospodarczego. Stąd też istotne jest, aby raporty z wycen reprezentowały odpowiedni poziom jakości, aby uwzględniały dzisiejszy stan wiedzy w tym zakresie. Pomocne mogą tu być istniejące w niektórych krajach standardy wyceny biznesowej regulujące kluczowe elementy procesu wyceny. W artykule zaprezentowano w jakim stopniu wybrane raporty z w wycen przedsiębiorstw realizowanych w Polsce na rynku prywatnym spełniają wymogi określone przez standardy wyceny biznesowej obowiązujące w innych krajach.

THE QUALITY OF BUSINESS VALUATION REPORTS ON THE BACKGROUND BUSINESS VALUATION STANDARDS
Summary
The business valuation reports play an important role in ensuring the security of commercial transactions. Therefore it is important that valuation reports represent an appropriate level of quality, and to take into account the current state of knowledge in this field. Existing in some countries, business valuation standards which regulate the key elements of the valuation process can be helpful in this case. The article presents to which extent the selected business valuation reports carried out in Poland in the private market meet the requirements set by the business valuation standards applicable in other countries.
