Streszczenie
Celem pracy jest próba analizy nowoczesnych form integracji i metod prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej w Polsce i na świecie, opierających się na współpracy i wzajemnych powiązaniach. Outsourcing i offshoring, jako dwie z analizowanych form i jednocześnie sił spłaszczających świat, stały się istotnymi warunkami sprzyjającymi rozwojowi gospodarki krajowej i globalnej. Przykładami przedsięwzięć opisujących integrację i proces spłaszczania świata będą polskie i zagraniczne firmy, między innymi: Li&Fung, QXL Poland, eBay Inc. i inne.

SOME FORMS OF INTEGRATION AND COOPERATION OF MODERN BUSINESS ON THE EXAMPLE OF OUTSOURCING AND OFFSHORING AS FORCES FLATTENING THE WORLD IN THE LIGHT TH. L. FRIEDMAN’S THEORY
Summary
The main point of the thesis is an analysis of modern ways of managing business activity in Poland and over the world, based on cooperation and mutual connections, omitting competition, as one of significant terms of market economy. The reference to considerations of the thesis are examples of well-known companies and enterprises operating in traditional way, as well as using Internet channel and functioning only on the Internet. The examples used in order to illustrate these targets are: QXL Poland and Allegro, eBay Inc., Li&Fung, Wal-Mart and others. The main terms, characteristic for discussed issue include: outsourcins and offshoring.
