IMPLEMENTATION OF MANAGEMENT CONTROL IN THE AREA OF THE SELECTION TO SERVE IN THE POLICE

Summary
Performing the statutory functions of the police requires ensuring systematic selection of people, which would allow to perform high-level public services.
The most important resource of an entity is work. Ensuring the access the work resource is particularly important in organizational units of the police. The specific character of work in uniformed services requires designing, implementing and monitoring the selection system which allows to identify candidates possessing suitable psycho-physical predispositions essential to realization the function of the police.
The aim of the article is to determine directions of implementation and realization objectives of management control with reference to the process of selection to service in the Police, particularly in the area of one of the main objectives of management control – risk management.
