Streszczenie
Realizowane i projektowane projekty gazociągów, ropociągów oraz zawierane umowy międzynarodowe są nieodzownym elementem wpływu na stabilność i bezpieczeństwo dostaw surowców do kraju, który nie posiada własnych lub wystarczającej ilości zasobów energetycznych. Relacje Polski z innymi państwami, będącymi głównymi dostawcami surowców energetycznych, a także podejmowanie projektów infrastrukturalnych są zatem ważnymi aspektami zwiększania bezpieczeństwa energetycznego kraju. Nie należy jednak zapominać, że Polska funkcjonuje w ramach Unii Europejskiej, która z jednej strony solidarnie pomaga zapewnić owe bezpieczeństwo, a z drugiej wymaga dostosowań do określonych przepisów prawnych i kierunków działań politycznych, co może mieć negatywny efekt w tym kontekście.

Summary
Implemented and planned pipeline projects for gas and oil as well as international agreements are the fundamental elements of security and stability of the supply of fossil energy resources to every country that does not own enough domestic supplies of energy carriers. Therefore Polish relations with other countries being main suppliers of energy and realization of important infrastructure projects are crucial for increasing the level of Polish energy security. We should not forget, however, that on the one hand Polish membership in the EU offers solidarity measures within the energy security area, yet on the other hand many required legal and political adjustments may bring negative and unexpected results in the same area.
