Streszczenie
Artykuł prezentuje kwestie prywatyzacji i jej efektywności z punktu widzenia znanych metod realizacji strategii wyjścia. Autorzy prezentują wyniki badań wtórnych dotyczących skali i efektów prywatyzacji. Dokonują również porównania przyczyn, opcji prowadzenia i celów prywatyzacji oraz strategii wyjścia, wskazując na ich podobieństwa. We wnioskach płynących z badań własnych wyróżniają trudności w realizacji postępowań prywatyzacyjnych i wskazują zakresy wiedzy o strategii wyjścia, które mogą łagodzić te problemy.
EVALUATION OF EFFICIENCY OF PRIVATIZATION OPERATIONS FROM THE EXIT STRATEGY PERSPECTIVES
Summary
The article presents the issues of privatization and its effectiveness from the point of view of the known methods of realizing the exit strategy. The authors show the results of secondary research regarding the scale and effects of privatization. They also make a comparison of the reasons, optional ways of management and aims of privatization and exit strategies, indicating their similarities. In the conclusions of their research they highlight the difficulties in conducting privatization procedures and present the scope of knowledge of exit strategies, which might help to mitigate those problems.
