W opracowaniu podjęto próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie, czym jest proces oceniania pracowników oraz jakie są najczęściej stosowane metody ocen. Ukazano, jak ważnym elementem firmy jest pracownik, jego umiejętności oraz osobowość. Ponadto wyjaśniono, czym jest ocena, jakie jest jej znaczenie i rola w budowaniu ścieżki kariery pracowniczej.

Abstract:
This paper attempts to answer the following questions: what exactly is the process of evaluating employees, and what are the most frequently used assessment methods. It was shown that an employee, his or her skills, personality, etc. are an extremely important and often underestimated company component. Moreover, it was explained what the assessment and its significance are about in the process of building a career in a company.
