Streszczenie:
Celem referatu jest wskazanie i omówienie typowych, najczęściej występujących błędów i niebezpieczeństw towarzyszących relacjom pomiędzy podmiotami gospodarczymi, które podjęły trud wdrażania koncepcji outsourcingu w obszarze transportu. W rozważaniach postawiono tezę, że w procesach analizy oraz podejmowania decyzji strategicznych, dotyczących zakresu, czasu trwania oraz głębokości współpracy w ramach outsourcingu w obszarze transportu niezbędne jest przestrzeganie szeregu reguł biznesowych ukierunkowanych zarówno na strategiczne, jak i operacyjne aspekty działalności przedsiębiorstw. Referat ma charakter wprowadzający czytelnika do problematyki złożonej współpracy w obszarze transportowej obsługi dostaw.

OUT SOURCING DANGERS IN EXTERNAL TRANSPORT WITHIN THE ORGANIZATIONS RELATIONSHIP
Abstract:
The paper presents the thesis that in the process of analysis and decision-making on the scope, duration and depth of cooperation in the framework of outsourcing in the area of transport is necessary to follow a set of business rules-oriented, both the strategic and operational aspects of business operations. The paper also discusses the errors committed in the decision making process concerning the selection and cooperation with suppliers of transport services. The paper introduces the reader to the complex issues of cooperation in the field of transport supply service.
