Streszczenie:
Celem artykułu jest wskazanie wpływu funduszy venture capital zasilanych publicznymi kapitałami na oddziaływanie na lukę kapitałową oraz poziom inwestycji dokonywanych w Polsce w latach 1998–2012. W szczególności analizowana jest działalność Krajowego Funduszu Kapitałowego na poziom i liczbę inwestycji funduszy venture capital w Polsce. Wydaje się, że misja funduszy zasilanych środkami publicznymi jest spełniona i wraz z podjęciem przez nie działalności inwestycyjnej liczba spółek zasilanych funduszami typu venture capital wzrasta.

ACTIVITIES OF PUBLIC VENTURE CAPITAL FUNDS ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE POLISH MARKET
Abstract:
The aim of this article is to show the impact of public venture capital funds to the equity gap and the level of investments made in Poland in the years 1998–2012. In particular, analyzes the activities of the National Capital Fund level and the number of venture capital investments in Poland. It seems that the mission of public venture funds is satisfied at the Polish market.
