Streszczenie:
Cel – Celem artykułu jest ocena ryzyka towarzyszącego wycofaniu niebezpiecznych produktów żywnościowych.
Metodologia badania – W artykule zastosowano metodę opisową. Treść artykułu oparto na bazie dostępnych danych statystycznych i literatury przedmiotu. Problematykę ubezpieczenia naświetlono od strony praktyki ubezpieczeniowej.
Wynik – Wynikiem końcowym artykułu jest przedstawienie podstawowych informacji dla zakładów ubezpieczeń w zakresie konstrukcji ogólnych warunków omawianego ubezpieczenia.

INSURANCE COSTS WITHDRAWAL OF DANGEROUS FOOD PRODUCTS
Abstract:
Used more and more advanced production systems of many articles of daily consumption do not
guarantee food safety. This has exacerbated the uncontrolled growth of assortments, the influx of food from other countries, as well as the implementation of innovative methods of food production.
The aim of this article is to assess the risk associated with the withdrawal of dangerous food products. In this article we present the scale of the phenomenon, as well as any costs of withdrawal, we point to the need for insurance withdrawal costs of food products. We also pay attention to the rise of many damage sustained by persons, have consumed dangerous food product.
