Streszczenie:
W artykule opisano polski rynek bancassurance: od podstawowych zagadnień poprzez statystyki dotyczące ilości sprzedanych polis, a także zebranej składki. W drugiej części publikacji autor skupił się na przyczynkach wydania Rekomendacji U, a także zawartych w niej podstawowych regulacjach. Ostatnia część jest poświęcona bezpośrednim i pośrednim skutkom wprowadzenia w życie zmian opisanych w Rekomendacji U.

THE INFLUENCE OF RECOMMENDATION U OVER THE BANCASSURANCE MARKET FUNCTIONING

Abstract:
This article describes the polish bancassurance market: from the basics terms, through data concerning policies sold and commission collected. In second part of this article author has focused on causes of launching Recommendation U by Polish Financial Supervison Authority, and basic regulations enclosed in it. Last part is dedicated to the direct and indirect effects of the introducing changes presented in Recommendation U.
