SELECTED ASPECTS OF THE COMPETITIVENESS OF ENTERPRISES

Summary

Survival and growth of each company needs to defi ne an appropriate strategy of growth, which will ensure the achievement, strengthening and developing competitive advantage. Forming competitiveness is an important component of strategic management, which developed a lot of different concepts of competitiveness. Achieving and maintaining permanent competitive advantage is the objective of each company. Hence this article presents the outline of the main philosophies of competitiveness of enterprises, concerning also small and medium enterprises.
