HUMAN CAPITAL IN THE COMPANY'S VALUE MODEL
Summary
Companies started realizing the risk which they could take if they lost their intellectual capital. Building intellectual capital is being achieved by building human, structural and customer capital. T.A. Stewart stated that success is achieved by companies which wisely manage their intellectual capital. Intellectual capital effects the future of each company and its power to underlie in ability to manage that capital. Human capital is the main factor which determines the differences between organizations and enables to g the competitive domination.
J.L. Chatzkel states that „In reality organizations are only the display (explicate) of human thoughts and works”. Against a background of other resources, people continually gain in value. Whereas only features the most desired by companies are changing. Statistic researches proved that human capital considerably contributes the company to succeed however its wrong management causes defeat. Nevertheless, many companies in Poland still use management’s methods which do not reflect the meaning and part that human capital plays.
