W artykule przedstawiono krótką dyskusję nad dwoma ujęciami przedmiotu mikroekonometrii, rozróżniając mikroekonometrię w wąskim i szerokim tego słowa znaczeniu. W szerokim ujęciu mikroekonometria to zastosowanie metod ekonometrycznych w mikroekonomii, a w wąskim – specjalne metody analizy mikrodanych.

In the narrow sense, micro-econometrics includes special methods of microdata analysis.
