W artykule przedstawiono najważniejsze dane dotyczące międzynarodowego obrotu końmi w eksportcie i imporcie, odnoszące się przede wszystkim do koni przeznaczenia rzeźnego. Na podstawie danych uzyskanych z bazy FAOSTAT przedstawiono głównych uczestników i ogólne uwarunkowania związane z tymi obrotami.
