Finance administration should serve people in a way to secure the optimal level of revenue. A very well qualified staff with a newest technology and a big budget can’t do this without quality information. The aim of this article is to show the most important determinants of information quality process improvement in finance administration. They ware divided on two groups: external factors, which comes from environment, and internal – with source in finance administration units or system.
