ACTIONS OF (FUNCTIONS OF) SYNDICS IN INSOLVENCY CONCERNING ACCOUNTANCY ENTERPRISE SUMMARY
Summary
It does not dismiss announcement of insolvency in accordance with unit with its (her) farthest duty of conduct in time of executive procedure insolvent leading accountancy.
Duties of syndics in light of act about accountancy, at foundation, that syndic is chief of unit, the same is as duties of chiefs of units in principle to state of (condition of) insolvency not put. It belongs to remember, that syndic as chief of unit takes charge in range of accountancy in case (accidentally) duties too executable also, when these duties have been entrusted other person agreement too.
