SELECTED ISSUES OF CONTROL OF PROJECTS COFINANCED BY THE EUROPEAN FUNDS
Summary
Co-financing projects with EU funds requires the functioning of control systems spending of money. Objective of the inspection of projects, inter alia, is verify the accuracy of accounting and reporting for these measures.
The article presents the principles and procedures for carrying out financial control of projects. In particular, in the paper is presented rules on-site inspections and visits on the place of project. Rules of preparing of control documents are presented on the example of documentation project funded in the RDP.
