PRACTICAL APPLICATION AND EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STANDARD OF THE MANAGERIAL CONTROL IN THE UNIT OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT
Summary
The basic aim of the managerial control as the function of management should be such action, that purposes established by the executive committee of units of the local government are effectively accomplished. Standards of the managerial control were supposed to offer help in building the effective system of the managerial control in the public sector. In spite of the fact that the duty of implementing the managerial control arose with the day of 1 January 2010, so far many individuals are contending with many problems of the correct implementation or no activities associated with it were undertaken. If a mutual cooperation takes place, above all on the part of the legislator who will streamline the system at present functioning on the other hand the good will and the sufficient knowledge of the management units, can in the future cause real benefits from implementing the managerial control in the public sector.
