RESPONSIBILITY FOR RISK MANAGEMENT ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE CITY HALL IN KĘSOWO
Summary
The aim of this article is to present the structure of responsibility for risk management in organisations of the public sector on the example of the Municipality Office in Kęsowo. The author analysed internal procedures of risk management, which regulate the range of responsibility for risk management in the unit. The article also describes tasks and the organisation of work of the Team for Risk Assessment in the examined local government unit.
