Streszczenie
Celem opracowania jest prezentacja wyników analiz dotyczących majątku przedsiębiorstw rolniczych w Polsce w latach 2006–2011 oraz źródeł jego finansowania. Wykazano między innymi, iż specyfika produkcji rolnej oraz tzw. czynniki behawioralne skłaniają zarządzających przedsiębiorstwami rolniczymi do podejmowania decyzji inwestycyjnych nakierowanych na wzrost udziału rzeczowych składników majątku trwałego w aktywach ogółem. Długi cykl produkcyjny determinuje rolę zapasów w aktywach obrotowych. Majątek przedsiębiorstw rolniczych finansowany jest przede wszystkim kapitałem własnym.
ASSETS AND SOURCES OF AGRICULTURAL COMPANIES’ FINANCING IN THE YEARS 2006–2011 – A COMPARATIVE APPROACH
Summary
The aim of this paper is to present the results of analyses of the assets of agricultural enterprises in Poland in the years 2006–2011, and the sources of their funding. It has been proven that the specific nature of agricultural production and behavioral factors, encourage managers of agricultural enterprises to make investment decisions aimed at the increase in the share of tangible fixed assets in total assets. Long production cycle determines the dominant role of inventories in current assets. The assets of agricultural enterprises are finance primarily with equity.
